Nilajah: I was first introduced to holistic lifestyle by my God-mother, Noni Faruq, who has since ascended. Noni mastered the art of natural living and self-care. She shared with me the benefits of a daily yoga practice, eating a plant-based diet, using essentials oils for healing, energy work, feng shui, ayurveda, and so much more. That was over 20 years ago. Since that time I've worked to incorporate all that Noni shared with me into my mothering, my work as a midwife, yoga instructor and now shop owner. Flourish is dedicated to Mama Noni,
